Rae Carpenter
For the last 27 years, Rae has presented live and pre-recorded TV, and appeared in dozens of contract/recurring acting roles for daytime and primetime TV, including Pobl y Cwm, Casualty, and Davinci’s Demons.
Most recently, Rae, as a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist Advisor, is the Health and Fitness Expert for S4C’s FFITCymru (both series) and for the UK’s largest lifestyle and shopping network, QVC.
