Lois studied at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and won the gold medal in 2009. She has been in Marple for ITV alongside Joanna Lumley, and Julie Mckenzie. She has worked with various TV companies for S4C, including the lead role in murder mystery 35 diwrnod, and a regular in the hit award winning comedy series Gwlad yr Astra Gwyn.
