Josh Andrews & Kally Davies are Presenters and best mates, who bring their infectious energy and chemistry to everything they do!
As hosts of Drivetime on Capital, they can be heard every weekday from 4-7pm across Wales, bringing their unique brand of humour and fun to listeners on their drive home.
With thousands of hours of live presenting under their belt in studio and on location, they’ve proved themselves to be a huge hit with audiences and have hosted their show in South Wales since 2017.
Due to their success, at the start of 2025 Josh & Kally’s show expanded and is now broadcast nationally across Wales and to parts of North West England.
Outside the radio studio, this duo come alive on screen! Demonstrating their warmth and undeniable chemistry on camera, creating content for many brands including Capital, S4C and the BBC.
Their videos have attracted hundreds of thousands of views on social media. Josh & Kally’s ‘Gavin & Stacey’ parody got the seal of approval from Sheridan Smith, they featured on world-wide news when they met Meghan & Harry in Cardiff, went viral thanks to Taron Egerton & Graham Norton (long story!) and even Gordon Ramsey had nice things to say, when he shared their video about him.
No strangers to celebs, their work brings them up close with the stars! From introducing Welsh Cakes to Nick Jonas, to kicking a rugby ball with Leigh Halfpenny. Walking the red carpet at Capital’s Jingle & Summertime Ball to discussing Drake lyrics with Welsh First Minister, Mark Drakeford. Josh & Kally always get the most out of anyone they interview.
The duo love hosting events of all sizes and have many years experience on stage.
It could be in front of thousands of people like Pride Cymru, Little Mix Live or Judgement Day at The Principality Stadium, something glamorous like The Big Welsh Wedding Show or Polo at The Celtic Manor or more intimate events, such as an Awards Show or a Q&A with famous faces. From massive festival stages to intimate corporate events, Josh & Kally thrive in a live environment and are available to host your event.
Originally from Devon, Josh started his career at Hospital Radio Plymouth at the age of 12 before working as a Breakfast Show Producer for Heart.
He moved to the Vale of Glamorgan in 2017 where he lives with his husband, Olly and their beloved sausage dog, Pickle.
You’ll often hear Josh’s voice on TV, introducing programmes LIVE on BBC One and BBC Two across Wales.
He’s also a hugely experienced Voiceover and has voiced campaigns for Disney, Google, Microsoft, Morrisons, Ed Sheeran, Kylie Minogue and many more.
Josh is passionate about travel and worked as a Presenter, reporting from India, Tanzania, Sri Lanka, Morocco and Romania – whilst combining his love of teaching English to disadvantaged children.
Outside of work you’ll probably find Josh at the gym or at the beach with Pickle, renovating a house or perhaps at his allotment, which he documents on Instagram: @Jolly_Allotment.
Kally is from Caerphilly in Wales, where she lives with her partner Craig and daughter Billie. She started her career as part of popular Welsh music duo ‘Electrovamp‘ – alongside her sister.
The band were signed to Island Records and released a number of hit singles including ‘I Don’t Like The Vibe In The VIP’ and ‘Drinks Taste Better When They’re Free’.
Electrovamp played live at many festivals and major venues across the UK and Europe and even supported Girls Aloud on their 25 date UK tour in 2005!
They also wrote songs that featured on the soundtrack of Simon Pegg‘s movie ‘How To Lose Friends & Alienate People’.
Outside of work, Kally will most likely be renovating a house, at a carboot sale trying to bag a bargain (which she loves) or writing songs.
Josh & Kally are passionate about supporting charities and have given their time to Tŷ Hafan children’s hospice, Pride Cymru, Kyle’s Goal and the RSPCA to name a few.
