Elis Ifor is a Welsh-Nigerian actor born in Cardiff. A fluent Welsh speaker, he is a part-time student at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama, where he is a member of the Richard Burton Youth Company. Elis’ acting credits include S4C’s Itopia and most recently the forthcoming comedy series of BBC’s Mammoth. He is a former member of Only Boys Aloud who performed extensively with the choir, both in Wales and abroad. Aged 15, Elis was the youngest contributor to the book Still Breathing: 100 Black Voices on Racism – 100 Ways to Change the Narrative. He was later invited to speak on a panel at Hay Festival about his essay and experiences of racism.
