Sam Cook is a television presenter, journalist, and the current Editor of Cardiff Life Magazine. Previously, he worked at WalesOnline, part of the Reach plc group, where he gained recognition for his expansive array of celebrity interviews that have attracted widespread attention on social media. During his time with Reach plc, he also hosted the popular showbiz podcast, In the Spotlight.

Sam began his media career in 2018 at Local TV (Cardiff) and has since collaborated with leading organizations such as the BBC, ITV Studios, and It’s My Shout—a platform dedicated to helping young people break into the creative industries.
