Richard J Fletcher

Biography
Richard trained at Rose Bruford college of Speech and Drama. He most recently played Don John in Northern Broadsides acclaimed tour of Much Ado About Nothing and will soon begin rehearsals at Oldham Coliseum for their panto season where he makes his “Dame” debut in Jack and the Beanstalk. Other credits include the last 11 panto seasons at Oldham Coliseum Theatre; The Merchant of Venice (Demi-Paradise Productions); Meat Pie Sausage Roll; Oh what a lovely War and Up n Under (Oldham Coliseum); Twelfth Night and The Tempest (Dean Taylor Productions); The Twits (West-end/ No.1 National Tour); James and the Giant Peach (Birmingham Stage Co.); Rumplestiltskin (Belgrade Theatre, Coventry); Truckers (Harrogate Theatre and Theatre Royal, Bury St Edmunds); The Three Graces (Laurie Lorry Theatre Co); Mr Blue Sky (Rhubarb Theatre Co); May Viz (Shed Theatre); Phantom Sausage (New Wolsey Theatre, Ipswich); Beauty and The Beast (TellTale Prods); Alice through the Looking Glass (London Bubble); Car (Theatre Absolute); The Tempest (Salisbury Playhouse); Trackers of Oxyrhynchus (Northern Broadsides/ West Yorkshire Playhouse); Somebody Loves You (New Perspectives); Alice and Twelfth Night (Page to Stage); Underbelly (London New Plays Festival).
Richard also enjoyed 4 years as an associate artist with Vamos, the U.K’s leading mask theatre company touring with shows The Best Thing, Nursing Lives and the award winning Finding Joy.
