BiographyManon has worked extensively in both Welsh and English with many theatre companies in Wales, both touring and resident, including Clwyd Theatr Cymru, Theatr Na Nog, Hwyl a Fflag, and Frapetsus, and has appeared in many TV productions, including The Bench (BBC), Cowbois ac Injans (Opus), Talking to the Dead (Sky) as well as playing DI Williams in Pobol y Cwm (BBC) for many years; also in films including Streic (BBC) Lois (Eryri) Nice Girls (BBC) and Ar y Tracs (Tidy). She is also an experienced presenter and a BAFTA Cymru winning screenwriter who has written extensively for TV and radio. Most recently she has been playing Astrid in the audio drama series
“Astrid Investigates” (Flying Bridge Theatre) and features in two radio plays she wrote for BBC Radio Cymru “Lleisiau’r Môr”. She speaks fluent French.
