Karen is a Scottish actor and musician who hails from Aberdeenshire. She trained at The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, where she was nominated for The Carlton Hobbs award and was a finalist for the Spotlight Prize. Since graduating, Karen has collaborated with notable theatre directors including Sarah Brigham, Gareth Nicholls, Isobel McArthur and Jemima Levick. Her recent credits include Kidnapped (National Theatre of Scotland), Cinderella (Dundee Rep), Macca and Beth (Liverpool’s Royal Court), TV credits include: Sal in Funny Woman (Sky) and Becky in Coronation Street (ITV).
