Originally from Anglesey, Carwyn trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. He now lives in Cardiff.
He has worked extensively in the theatre in Wales, for companies including Theatr Genedlaethol Cymru, Bara Caws and Frân Wen, the latter’s production of ‘Dim Diolch’ earning him a nomination for Best Actor at the Wales Theatre Awards.
He has also appeared in numerous productions on S4C, including ‘35 awr’ and the BAFTA winning ‘Deian a Loli’.
