Amy Cotter



Amy has just graduated from the BA Acting course at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, and is the 2020 Sir Alec Guinness Award winner.
Amy made her professional debut in THE PRESIDENT’S HOLIDAY at Hampstead Theatre, directed by Patrick Sandford. She has a strong sporting background, competing at county level in long distance running and athletics from a young age, as well as now training in Judo and plays many sports to a high level.
Roles whilst training include Helena in A MIDSUMMER NIGHTS DREAM, Masha in THREE SISTERS and Betsy/ Lindsey in CLYBOURNE PARK. Her professional credits include voice over work for ITV, feature film TURN BACK (Kamrakazi Films) and was recently featured in both Theatre Foundry’s SHAKESPEARE SHARE and CHEKHOV CHALLENGE. She will soon be appearing in a filmed version of  Martin Crimp’s ATTEMPTS ON HER LIFE.
